▸Is there a free tier?
Yes — carriers can join on a Freemium plan with 3 quotes per month at no cost. Customers can browse the platform, post requests, and receive carrier offers without a paid plan; you only pay when you award a shipment.
▸How does carrier referral commission work?
Each carrier on the platform gets a unique referral code. When a referred carrier wins their first awarded quote, the referrer earns a percentage of the award price (default 5%) credited to their account. Only the first awarded quote per referred carrier counts.
▸Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel from your account settings at any time and your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing cycle.
▸Which languages do you support?
The platform ships in 8 languages today: English, Turkish, Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Russian. The customer-facing surfaces (estimator, request flow, blog) translate fully; admin panels are localised in English, Turkish, Chinese, and Arabic.
▸Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Yes — volume discounts, dedicated onboarding, custom SLAs, single sign-on, and audit log export are available on the Enterprise plan or via a bespoke contract. Contact sales for a tailored quote.
