1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ChinaLogisticHub ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

ChinaLogisticHub is a B2B logistics and freight-brokering platform connecting verified customers with verified carriers for international trade shipments (air / sea / road / rail).

3. Account Eligibility

• You must be a legally constituted business entity.
• You must provide accurate company and contact information.
• Carriers must pass our verification workflow before accepting shipments.

4. Payments & Fees

Subscription and credit fees are billed via Stripe. Deposits on high-value shipments are held per request and applied on delivery or released on cancellation.

5. Prohibited Cargo & Conduct

You may not ship illegal goods, sanctioned items, or any cargo that violates international shipping regulations. You may not misrepresent shipment contents.

6. Limitation of Liability

ChinaLogisticHub acts as an intermediary. Physical loss, damage, and delay of goods is the responsibility of the contracted carrier per their own terms and insurance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
