Customer Freight Payment Disclosure
Important information shown before a customer pays a carrier directly or through an approved platform flow.

1. Who provides the transport
The selected carrier—not China Logistic Hub—provides and remains responsible for the freight or logistics service unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise. China Logistic Hub provides the marketplace and payment workflow.
2. Direct bank payment
If direct bank payment is selected, the customer pays the bank account supplied by the carrier. China Logistic Hub does not receive or hold that payment and does not add a platform collection fee. Both parties must confirm the account in the transaction, and the customer should upload the receipt to the document area.
3. Platform-managed card payment
If expressly enabled, ARIVON TRADE LLC collects the displayed total as the carrier’s limited collection and bank-remittance agent. Successful receipt satisfies the customer’s obligation to the carrier to the amount received, subject to a later refund, reversal, or chargeback. This is not escrow, a wallet, or a deposit account.
4. Price and authorization
Before payment, the customer sees the carrier freight principal, currency, platform service fee, taxes if known, and total. The displayed transaction-specific fee and total control. By confirming, the customer authorizes the charge and accepts the then-current Terms, Privacy Policy, and this disclosure.
5. Payment security
Enter card details only in the approved provider’s secured payment interface. China Logistic Hub does not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes. Never send card details by message, email, or document upload.
6. Receipts, refunds, and disputes
Keep the payment confirmation and carrier invoice. Promptly report duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly calculated charges. Transport quality, delay, loss, damage, and customs claims remain governed by the carrier contract and applicable law. A refund or dispute may pause carrier remittance while evidence is reviewed.
7. Availability
Platform card collection remains unavailable unless the authenticated checkout explicitly offers it. A pending carrier application, published legal text, or bank verification alone does not mean card collection is active or provider-approved. Questions: payments@chinalogistichub.com.
