Carrier Payment Collection and Remittance Authorization
Authorization for eligible carriers that apply to receive customer freight payments through China Logistic Hub.
- Effective date:
- 2026-09-23
- Version:

1. Appointment
The carrier appoints ARIVON TRADE LLC as its limited collection and bank-remittance agent solely for awarded freight invoices that the parties designate for platform-managed payment. This authority does not make China Logistic Hub the carrier, freight forwarder, cargo custodian, insurer, employer, partner, trustee, fiduciary, or general agent.
2. Customer discharge
For a designated transaction, the carrier agrees that the customer’s successful payment to the authorized collection agent discharges the customer’s payment obligation to the carrier to the amount received, subject to a later refund, reversal, or chargeback. The carrier will not demand duplicate payment for an amount successfully received.
3. Amounts and service fee
The carrier authorizes collection of the accepted freight principal plus the platform service fee, taxes, and other amounts shown to the customer before confirmation. The current transaction record controls. The platform service fee is added to the customer total and does not reduce the displayed carrier freight principal unless a different treatment is expressly disclosed and accepted. The rate can change for future transactions; no fixed rate is promised by this authorization.
4. Bank account and signer warranties
The signer represents that they are authorized to bind the carrier and manage payment instructions. The carrier represents that the verified payout account belongs to the carrier business or is otherwise lawfully controlled by it, and that all company, ownership, license, tax, sanctions, and bank information is complete and current. Changes require reverification and a new acceptance.
5. Remittance target and holds
The target is for cleared carrier principal to reach the verified bank account within 10 business days after cleared funds and compliance release. Reviews, suspected fraud, sanctions screening, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, bank holidays, correspondent-bank delays, currency restrictions, or invalid details may delay remittance. China Logistic Hub may pause or reject a remittance where required by law, provider rules, or reasonable risk controls.
6. Refunds, disputes, and offsets
The carrier will provide timely delivery and documentary evidence. To the extent permitted by law, amounts attributable to carrier cancellation, non-performance, duplicate billing, misrepresentation, an accepted refund, reversal, or chargeback may be withheld from, reversed, or offset against carrier remittances. China Logistic Hub will provide a transaction record and reason. The carrier remains responsible for transport-service disputes and claims.
7. No escrow or stored value
This arrangement is not escrow, a trust account, a deposit, a wallet, or stored value. The carrier has no right to use the platform for unrelated transfers, peer-to-peer payments, or cash withdrawal and earns no interest.
8. Data and providers
The carrier authorizes China Logistic Hub to provide necessary company, signer, bank, transaction, and compliance data to payment processors, banks, verification vendors, professional advisers, and authorities, and to act on payment instructions for the designated transactions. Provider terms may also apply.
9. Term and withdrawal
Authorization continues until withdrawn or suspended. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not affect an already accepted payment, pending refund, dispute, reserve, reconciliation, record-retention duty, or remittance. China Logistic Hub may suspend or terminate the authorization for risk, compliance, provider, or contractual reasons.
10. Acceptance record
Electronic acceptance records the carrier company, authorized user, version, digest, locale, bank-account revision, timestamp, and rendered text. The carrier should retain a copy and obtain independent legal and tax advice. Questions: legal@chinalogistichub.com.
