1. Acceptance and authority
By creating an account, submitting a request, issuing or accepting a quote, uploading a document, or otherwise using China Logistic Hub (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Contracting entities
China Logistic Hub is operated by affiliated companies. ARIVON TRADE LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the contracting entity for platform-managed freight collection unless the transaction record or invoice identifies another entity. YIWU ARIVON TRADE CO., LTD. and ARIVON TRADE DIŞ TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. may provide local operations and support. The applicable contracting entity is identified in the order, invoice, or payment record.
3. Marketplace role
The Service is a B2B logistics marketplace and workflow platform. It supports requests, quotes, documents, milestones, communication, direct bank-payment instructions, and—where activated—payment facilitation. China Logistic Hub is not the physical carrier, freight forwarder, customs broker, insurer, or cargo owner unless a separate signed agreement expressly says otherwise.
4. Business eligibility and verification
Users must be legally registered businesses or authorized representatives and must keep company, beneficial-owner, tax, contact, shipment, billing, and bank information accurate. Carriers may be required to complete KYB, sanctions, identity, authority, and bank-account verification before receiving leads, shipments, or remittances.
5. Quotes and transport contract
A carrier quote becomes binding only when accepted through the Service or under a separate written agreement. The carrier remains responsible for the transport service, its invoice, licenses, subcontractors, cargo care, route, customs instructions, insurance disclosures, delivery, and claims. Incoterms do not replace these Terms or the carrier’s transport contract.
6. Payment options and fees
A customer may pay the carrier directly using carrier-provided bank instructions, or—only when shown as available—pay through an approved platform payment flow. Before confirmation, the Service displays the freight principal, currency, platform service fee, taxes if known, and total. The service-fee rate is configurable and the transaction-specific amount shown at confirmation controls; it is not a permanently fixed percentage.
For platform-managed collection, the customer authorizes ARIVON TRADE LLC to collect the displayed total as the carrier’s limited collection and bank-remittance agent. Successful receipt by the authorized collection agent satisfies the customer’s payment obligation to the carrier to the amount received, subject to a later refund, reversal, or chargeback. The service fee is added to the customer total and does not reduce the displayed carrier freight principal unless a different treatment is expressly disclosed and accepted before payment.
7. Carrier remittance
For an eligible platform-managed payment, the target is for cleared carrier principal to reach the carrier’s verified business bank account within 10 business days after funds are cleared and compliance release is complete. This is a target, not an unconditional guarantee. Payment review, sanctions screening, suspected fraud, disputes, refunds, chargebacks, reserves, bank holidays, correspondent-bank delays, or invalid bank details can extend the period.
The Service is not a bank, deposit account, wallet, stored-value product, or escrow service. Users do not earn interest and cannot use the Service for peer-to-peer transfers, cash withdrawal, or unrelated third-party payments.
8. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
Customers must promptly report duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly calculated charges. Service-performance disputes remain primarily between the customer and carrier, but China Logistic Hub may collect evidence, pause a remittance, issue or coordinate a refund, or respond to a payment dispute. Amounts attributable to a carrier’s cancellation, non-performance, misrepresentation, or accepted refund may be withheld from or offset against carrier remittances to the extent allowed by law and the carrier authorization.
9. Prohibited cargo and conduct
Users may not offer or transport illegal, restricted, counterfeit, dangerous, sanctioned, embargoed, or misdeclared goods, or use the Service to evade customs, export-control, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery, tax, safety, or data-protection requirements. We may reject, hold, suspend, report, or terminate activity where required or reasonably necessary.
10. Data and payment providers
Payment services may be provided by Stripe or another provider identified at checkout. Provider terms and privacy notices also apply. Card details must be entered only in the provider-hosted or provider-secured payment interface; China Logistic Hub does not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend payment features or account access for inaccurate information, unpaid amounts, failed verification, security risk, prohibited activity, provider restrictions, or breach of these Terms. Account closure does not eliminate outstanding transport, refund, dispute, tax, record-retention, or remittance obligations.
12. Liability
Physical pickup, storage, carriage, customs handling, delivery, cargo loss or damage, delay, and insurance claims are governed by the responsible carrier, forwarder, broker, insurer, or other provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, China Logistic Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages.
13. Law and disputes
The governing law and forum follow the contracting entity identified in the transaction. For ARIVON TRADE LLC transactions, Florida law applies and competent state or federal courts in Florida have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules that cannot be waived. No arbitration or class-action waiver is created by this clause.
14. Changes and contact
Material changes are versioned and announced as required. A new carrier payment authorization or customer checkout acceptance may be required before later transactions. Questions: legal@chinalogistichub.com.
